My Philosophy

When we have more compassion for
ourselves, a better understanding of our motivations and a safe place to
contain and integrate these feelings, then we can avoid thoughtlessly acting on
our emotions through our food choices. We can then make better health choices.
First, I examine your diet and eating patterns and assess your physical health
through a complete nutritional assessment. I teach you about your nutritional
status, including where you are and are not meeting your nutritional needs. We
will problem-solve health concerns that you might be struggling with and
implement realistic changes to your diet and exercise plan. I make myself
available to support you in putting these changes into action.
