Nutritional Counseling
Ongoing nutritional counseling focuses on integrating emotions to ensure
mindful and healthy eating. I analyze your food intake and provide feedback on
whether you are meeting your nutritional needs. I also make specific diet
recommendations, devise a meal and exercise plan, and can advise you on how to
prevent or manage a chronic disease.

Dietary Analysis
An analysis of your diet is the first step in the two session consultation as
well as in ongoing nutritional counseling. My diet analysis provides specific
information regarding your nutritional status and whether you are meeting your
nutritional needs. I utilize a state-of-the art computer software analysis
program which helps identify nutritional imbalances. I make specific
recommendations on how you can correct potential or current nutritional
deficiencies.
